Design Research Summer School launches at ID+IPCA

The latest edition of the IPCA Research Summer School is now underway, offering students and recent graduates an immersive experience in scientific research. In the fields of Communication Design, Industrial and Product Design, and Illustration and Animation, ID+ is funding three-month research grants supported by ID+, IPCA and the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT).

Throughout the programme, grant holders become part of research teams and contribute to the development of innovative projects within a collaborative environment that promotes the acquisition of scientific, technical and innovation skills. They also had the opportunity to participate in the Learner Exchange School (LEXS) – Research Skills+, organised by RUN-EU, the European university alliance of which IPCA is a member, where they engaged with researchers from across Europe.

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of ID+, IPCA and FCT to advancing research, supporting the development of early-career researchers, and generating knowledge that delivers a positive impact on society.
