FEED ME Exhibition Opens at FBAUP

The exhibition FEED ME opened on 18 May at “Cozinha” Gallery and the South Pavilion of the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto (FBAUP).

Developed within the Design Editing and Curatorship course unit of the BA in Communication Design at FBAUP, under the supervision of Professor Cláudia Lima, the exhibition proposes a critical reflection on the contemporary challenges facing Design in a context shaped by technological acceleration, Artificial Intelligence, visual misinformation and ecological urgency.

Starting from the premise that Design is not merely a communication tool, but also an instrument capable of interpreting and shaping reality, FEED ME questions the impact of design choices across the social, political and environmental dimensions of both the present and the future.

The exhibition brings together a series of curatorial proposals exploring themes such as automation, digital consumption, ethics, sustainability and creative responsibility.
