Gonçalo João Ribeiro Gomes

Assistant professor at Universidade de Aveiro since 2006 and researcher for the Research Institute for Design, Media and Culture [ID ], he develops studies in the Participatory Design for the Future Cultural Heritage field. He is a specialist in the scientific area of communication and service design and, since 2012, a member of the ID+ DESIS Lab, an associate of the international DESIS Network – Design for Social Innovation and Sustainability.
Besides that, Gonçalo Gomes is a designer holding a PhD in Design with the thesis “Towards a significant cultural heritage: the construction and intervention in the design perspective”.
