Mariana Ribeiro Clemente has a European PhD in Education from the University of Aveiro since 2017. She has carried out international scientific training programmes in France, Italy and Spain in the field of Research Methodologies, Sociolinguistics and Education. She has developed and collaborated in national and international research projects, while developing innovative and multidisciplinary resources and toolkits for different education cycles, namely in Education, Technologies of Communication and Engineering fields.
Since 2020, she has been working as Science and Technology Manager in the scientific area of Design, at ID+, The Research Institute for Design, Media and Culture (University of Aveiro).
She has been jury member in the academia, supervising also Master's programmes. Since 2019, she has been coordinating the project A casa às riscas, a curated collection of children's literature.
