Susana Jorge

PhD in History of Portuguese Art from Faculty of Arts, University of Porto, Portugal. Professor in higher education since 2001 and at Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) since 2007. Director of the Graphic Design Course - afterwork regime (since 2012 until 2014); Subdirector of the Graphic Design Course - daytime and after-work regime (since 2015 until 2017) and Director of the Graphic Design Course at the Design School (ESD) of IPCA (since 2017 until 2019). Develops scientific research in the area of Drawing, supervises master thesis students and participates in academic juries. Her main interest of research include drawing in the field of design education.
