The 3rd prize was awarded to the SNACTUS team, which entered a healthy and sustainable snack based on Opuntia ficus-indica leaves and with various levels of spiciness.
This team, made up of students from the University of Aveiro, received the ECOTROPHELIA Bronze Award with a monetary value of 500 euros.
